I couldn’t be happier with the service from Joseph and his team. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, providing a quote with a quick turnaround and making the whole process easy and straightforward.

Their communication was excellent throughout. Joseph kept me regularly updated, answered any questions promptly and made sure I knew what was happening at every stage. It made the whole experience completely stress-free.

The team were punctual, professional and efficient, arriving when they said they would and completing the insulation installation quickly and to a very high standard.

Joseph also went above and beyond by replacing some old, broken roof tiles he noticed while working, which was greatly appreciated and showed the extra level of care he and his team put into the job.

It’s refreshing to deal with a team that takes genuine pride in their work and puts such a strong focus on customer service. I would highly recommend Joseph and his team to anyone looking for quality insulation work, great communication and a professional service from start to finish.

Highly recommend Rapid Insulation. They installed insulation in our ceiling and under the floor, and the whole process was excellent. Joseph was my main contact and communication was great from start to finish.

They arrived and finished on time, took plenty of photos of the work, cleaned up everything afterwards, and were extremely polite. Joseph even went out of his way to organise a couple of replacement roof tiles and seal some cracks to prevent water getting in, at his own expense.

Great service and workmanship. Would definitely recommend Rapid Insulation to anyone.

Liam and the team were professional, friendly and did a great job with the ceiling insulation. They provided great customer service and cleaned up after the job and made sure to check that the electricity was running correctly. I would happily book them again for any insulation services.

Highly recommend Rapid Insulation. The whole process was professional and well organised, from the initial assessment and quotation through to installation. Joseph and team arrived on time, worked efficiently, were respectful of the property and left everything clean and tidy. They also provided photos of the completed insulation work, which was very helpful. Very happy with the quality of the work and overall experience.

Thank you very much to Rapid Insulation for a fantastic job done! Jack came to do the quote and explained the whole process to us very clearly. The quote was incredibly competitive for such premium range products. Liam and team installed everything wonderfully. Liam showed us many photos of the final product, so that we could feel reassured and satisfied. We could see that the insulation was carefully laid around duct pipes and electrical wires. The home is now much warmer! Highly recommend the team at Rapid Insulation!
